“Atha yoga anushasanam.” Now, the practice of yoga begins.

Yoga has been and continues to be a healing practice for me. Through this practice, I have benefited from a deeper awareness and embodiment of energy throughout my body. Inspired by my teachers and the natural world, my teaching style incorporates a mix of fire and earth energy. I aim to help students tune into their body’s power, find their inherent connection to the elements, and slow down with each breath to delve deeply into their inner worlds.

This practice is also a foundation of my groundedness in the workplace. The same capacity for deep listening and presence that I cultivate on the mat is part of what allows me to hold steady spaces for teams navigating complex changes. For organizations open to it, these mindfulness and somatic tools can be woven directly into our work together.

  • For organizations looking to ground their strategic work in deeper well-being, I integrate yogic teachings and somatic practices directly into team retreats or planning sessions.

    • Mindful Transitions: Grounding practices and breathwork to open or close intense planning days.

    • Conscious Leadership: Exploring ethics like Ahimsa (non-violence) as frameworks for healthy, sustainable team dynamics.

    • I design and host dedicated yoga retreats and seasonal immersions. These curated spaces offer the time and stillness needed to unplug from daily noise, dive deeper into yogic philosophy, and reconnect with your inner & outer landscape.

    • Stay tuned for more information on a one-day immersive retreat at Grow Wild!

    • One Yoga Victoria: I guide conscious, breath-led Vinyasa classes that emphasize alignment, inner anchoring, and a return to the heart. Check the current schedule at One Yoga Victoria to practice with me in community.

    • Private Lessons: Tailored for individuals looking to deepen their practice, these sessions are designed entirely around your specific goals.
